About the role:
We, at Turing, are looking for highly-skilled remote chatbot developers who will be responsible for developing applications using technologies like AI/ML/NLP to automate communication and customer services. Responsibilities:
– Analyze and document data coming from bot conversation
– Interpret the pattern, trends, and conversational flow of bots
– Collaborate with system architects and programmers for app design and decision-making
– Design and build conversational chatbots
– Design and implement processes and strategies to enhance the end-user experience
– Define recurring questions to automate answers/responses
– Assist in the handling of multilingual support
– Build and deploy internal testing tools
Requirements:
– Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
– 3+ years of experience working with chatbots and customer-facing production projects (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
– Proficiency in AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks
– Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and NLP algorithms
– Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, etc.
– Understanding of recommendation algorithm used in e-commerce and advertising
– Familiarity with software development lifecycle
– Fluent in English to communicate effectively
– Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
