– **Problem Resolution:** Utilize critical thinking skills to assess client issues and develop effective solutions. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
– **Account Management:** Maintain and update client records using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Monitor account activity and communicate policy changes, service updates, or enhancements to clients.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving strategies for client support.
– **Training and Development:** Stay updated on Aetna’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information. Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
– **Feedback and Reporting:** Provide feedback on common client inquiries, service challenges, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports on client interactions and suggest improvements for processes and procedures.
– **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations when handling client information and inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and security of client data at all times.

– **Education:** Associate degree or higher preferred; experience in a customer service or client support role may substitute for formal education.
