What is Required (Qualifications):
– 6 months or more of customer service experience
– Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
– Computer experience
– High-speed internet (> 40mbps)
