We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Experience Agent. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer… satisfaction.
• *Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
• Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
• Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies.
• *Qualifications:**
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
