Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, concerns, and orders. If you have a friendly personality, good communication skills, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
1. Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
2. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
7. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assisting customers with order placements, tracking, and returns.
3. Providing information about products and services.
4. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
6. Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
7. Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
