Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Associates to deliver outstanding service to our customers. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting Amazon’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing quick and effective resolutions.

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
