Job Description

American Express is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, while also accurately inputting data into our systems.

Your role will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our customer service department. Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Proven experience in customer service or data entry (1+ years preferred)

– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

– High-speed internet connection

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

– Accurately enter customer information and data into company databases

– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently

– Maintain customer records by updating account information

– Assist in the training and support of new team members

– Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals

– Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer experience

Educational Qualifications
