Job Description

You will handle inquiries, provide information about our services, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about flights, services, and policies
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
- Assist customers with booking, modifications, and cancellations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
