• This position is 1099 and we do not provide equipment so you must have the following;
• Desktop PC / Laptop (either or, no tablet or Chromebook)
• 1 monitor required
• Keyboard and Mouse (if using a laptop)
• Wired Internet Connection (ethernet cable connected to router)
• USB headset
• A quiet place to work
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Conduct inbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
– 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role is required
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Pay: $10.00 – $17.00 per hour
