What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Act as an initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions

Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners

Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products

Log and document participant conversations/issues

Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Previous open enrollment experience preferred

Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS

Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans

Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service
