Key Responsibilities

• Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
