We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at UPS in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
– Assist with training new team members as needed
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in customer support
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
