This position provides services to the Construction Department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS…
• Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR.
• Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed.
• Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval.
• Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed.
• Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.Additional Info:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have experience in data entry and be self motivated with minimum supervision
• 10-key by touch preferred
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail
• Must be familiar with various office equipment
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
