About the Role:
This part-time remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy and efficiency! You’ll be responsible for entering large amounts of data into our customer information system and other Public Works software. You’ll be a key member of our Customer Service Division, working independently and taking initiative to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Do:
• ?? Establish and maintain utility accounts.
• ? Verify account eligibility and accessibility.
• ?? Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders.
• ?? Prepare files for mass customer communications.
• ??? Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices.
• ?? Scan or retain documents.
• ?? Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests.
• ?? Enter data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases.
• ?? Other related duties as assigned.
What You Need:
• ?? High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• ?? 2+ years of… experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist.
• ?? Must pass computer skills, typing, accuracy, and 10-key skills testing.
Bonus Points:
