Key Responsibilities
• Precisely input data into our systems based on provided images
• Recognize and classify various document types
• Verify and review data entries to maintain accuracy and high quality
• Safeguard personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Engage professionally with colleagues as necessary
• Propose enhancements for workflow processes
• Complete assigned tasks punctually and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
Required Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work productively
• Self-motivated individual capable of maintaining focus and managing multiple assignments
• Quick to learn with the ability to adhere to instructions and adjust as required
• Capacity to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Typing proficiency of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
Qualifications
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive pay of $12 per hour
• Part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred, minimum of 20 hours per week)
• Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
