Job Description
As a Remote Delta Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information regarding their travel plans. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through live chat, ensuring they receive outstanding support and solutions to their inquiries.
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
– Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
