Overview Of Responsibilities
• Client Engagement & Travel Consultation:
• Interact with clients, providing expert recommendations on destinations, activities, and accommodations.
• Curate customized travel options that align with clients’ interests and preferences.
• Facilitate seamless reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
• Customized Itinerary Development:
• Construct personalized travel itineraries that reflect clients’ aspirations and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with various vendors to secure reservations, accommodate special requests, and make itinerary modifications as necessary.
• Travel Coordination & Support:
• Ensure that all travel-related documentation is organized and accurate.
• Manage financial transactions, including payments and travel vouchers.
• Address any travel-related issues by coordinating with service providers for timely resolutions.
• Provide support during unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays or accommodation changes.
• Destination Knowledge & Research:
