Job Description:
• Make outbound and take inbound calls regarding shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients
• Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response…
• Speak with customers and updating them that information they have received asking you to vote is not accurate
• Direct them where they can vote moving forward.
• Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side
• Night Shift – Monday – Thursday (6:00 – 11:00) Eastern AND Saturday (12:00 – 6:00 Eastern)

Qualifications:
• 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry experience
• Good speaking voice
• Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
• Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
