Key Responsibilities
• Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules.
• Inbox Management: Prioritize and manage email correspondence.
• Procedural Documentation: Develop and uphold procedural documents.
• Document Creation: Assist in preparing documents, including PowerPoints.
• Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
• Internet Research: Conduct research to support various projects.

Additional Requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Availability: Must be available during business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday).
• Home Office Setup: Must have a computer with Microsoft Office 365, high-speed internet, a smartphone with email capabilities, and a webcam.

• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• A background check will be required.
