Our client, a well-established international financial advisory company based in Spain, is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their remote team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of administrative experience in the international financial planning industry. The candidate should be well-versed in UK pensions paperwork and possess knowledge of… dealing with international life companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to financial advisors in managing international client portfolios.
• Handle paperwork related to UK pensions, including transfers and pension schemes.
• Liaise with international life companies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Process and maintain accurate records of client data, policies, and transactions.
• Assist in preparing reports, client reviews, and other documentation required by advisors.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders in various jurisdictions.
Requirements:
• You should be able to speak English.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the international financial services industry.
• Proven experience handling UK pensions and familiarity with international financial regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with international life insurance companies and their products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software is an advantage.
