In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Allied Health and Travel Nursing divisions, placing qualified individuals in various positions that significantly impact healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Consultative Selling: Leverage your expertise to cultivate relationships and align healthcare professionals with suitable opportunities.
• Candidate Attraction & Retention: Identify and engage top talent while ensuring their ongoing satisfaction throughout their assignments.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term success.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, effectively meeting the needs of clients and candidates.
Goals & Expectations
• Year 1 Goal: Successfully place 12 healthcare professionals in assignments.
• Year 2 Goal: Expand placements to 20 healthcare professionals on assignment.
