Job Description
EDUCATION REQUIRED (Minimum level of education):
BA/BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field from an accredited College or University or equivalent experience.
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES REQUIRED: PHR Certification Preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Minimum level of experience):
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience with focus on Employment Relations.
• – Must have direct employee relations/investigations experience
• – ER experience in health care field is a plus (providers and nursing)
• – Client group anticipated ~ 850 – 900 employees. (It would be helpful to get information about candidatesÂ’ org size/client group size in previous roles, as well as average caseload on submission)
• – Position will be “hybrid”
• – minimum 1 day in the office and rotating Friday’s onsite, but onsite needs will include corporate office (Precision Park) and other clinic locations as often as needed.
• – Generally Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
• – Current HRBP will be available to assist with training for the first few months.
