Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Sales:
• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s insurance products and services
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective lead generation strategies
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records

Agency Recruitment:
• Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates to join the insurance agency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, fostering trust and enthusiasm about agency opportunities
• Guide recruits through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the team
• Collaborate with agency leadership to identify and address staffing needs and growth opportunities

Leadership and Team Building:
• Lead and mentor a team of sales agents and recruiters to achieve individual and collective goals
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ technical skills and product knowledge
• Act as a go-to resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Technical and Multitasking Proficiency:
• Navigate multiple applications and tools to manage client data, recruitment activities, and sales processes efficiently
• Use CRM, ATS, and insurance-specific platforms to track progress and ensure seamless operations
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve workflows and customer experiences
• Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in insurance sales, agency recruitment, or a similar field (1+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing remote teams a plus
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and work efficiently in a tech-driven environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask without compromising quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
