Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Utilize time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
– Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions
– Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
– High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
