### Key Responsibilities
– **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly to live chat inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
– **Problem Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while maintaining customer satisfaction.
– **Account Management:** Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including order status, product information, return processes, and billing questions.
– **Feedback Collection:** Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions for process improvements, collaborating with team leaders to implement changes.
– **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, promotions, and policies to provide informed responses to customer queries.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate responses to complex inquiries and improve overall service quality.
– **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed predefined targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores to contribute to the success of the team.
– **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
### Requirements
– **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years in customer service or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in live chat support.
– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in live chat software, CRM systems, and common office applications (MS Office, Google Suite).
– **Personality Traits:** Must be reliable and highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over work.
– **Soft Skills:** Demonstrated people management skills to handle diverse customer interactions; excellent planning skills to manage workflow and priorities effectively.
