– **Customer Engagement:** Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat on our platform, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience.
– **Issue Resolution:** Analyze customer queries and issues, providing accurate solutions or guidance efficiently, while ensuring the optimal customer journey.
– **Feedback Management:** Collect, track, and report customer feedback and trends to upper management to assist in service improvement.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments including support, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
– **Knowledge Maintenance:** Keep up-to-date with product changes, policies, and procedural updates to provide accurate information to customers.
– **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system to facilitate follow-up and issue tracking.
– **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics set by the team lead or department head.
– **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and maintain a high level of expertise on products and services.
• *Requirements:**
– **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or chat specialist role in a remote or virtual environment.
– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
– **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with financial services is an asset.
– **Personality Traits:** Must be dedicated and driven to provide exceptional service and meet organizational goals.
– **Soft Skills:** Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities are essential for assessing complex customer requests and deriving effective solutions.
– **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy while handling customer inquiries or complaints.
– **Time Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment.
