Responsibilities:
Accurately enter medical data into databases.

Verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
Update and maintain patient records.
Retrieve and review patient information as needed.
Ensure data is backed up and secure.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure data accuracy.
