Job Description

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in case review or case management is preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic health records and other healthcare software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Review and assess clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Provide clinical recommendations and support to healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in training and continuous education activities

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
