Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Occupational Nurse Specialist to join our innovative healthcare team. As a Remote Occupational Nurse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment. This position involves conducting health assessments, providing medical advice, and coordinating care for our employees. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health or related field
- Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHRs)
- Strong understanding of occupational health regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees
- Provide medical advice and guidance on occupational health issues
- Develop and implement health and safety programs
- Coordinate care and follow-up for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards
- Promote a culture of health and wellness within the organization
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records using EHRs

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Masters degree in Occupational Health Nursing or related field preferred
