Duties
– Develop customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
– Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
– Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods
– Manage virtual classroom dynamics effectively
– Assist students in curriculum understanding and completion
– Support students with special education needs
– Offer guidance in early childhood education
Qualifications
– Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
– College Major: Education
– Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
– Familiarity with learning technology tools
– Background in special education is a plus
– Ability to manage classroom environments effectively
– Passion for educating and helping students succeed
