Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
• Licensed attorney in Texas with 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with exposure to business litigation and commercial real estate law.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Strong advocacy skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for contributing to the advancement of a dynamic real estate firm.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly in business litigation and real estate law.
