Responsibilities
– Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
– Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
– Assist customers with placing orders or processing returns
– Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a courteous manner
– Perform data entry to update customer records
– Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
Experience
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
– Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
– Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
– Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
– Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
– Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for assisting diverse customers
– Knowledge of medical office procedures is a bonus

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
