Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate engaging professional learning workshops and seminars for educators and school leaders, both in-person and online.
• Recruit and establish partnerships with schools and districts to implement our impactful programs, conducting introductory sessions that pave the way for curriculum integration.
• Maintain effective communication and documentation with educators and educational leaders to cultivate enduring relationships.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in designing technology-enabled professional learning experiences, using platforms such as Zoom and Google tools.
• Familiarity with social-emotional learning, equity initiatives, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of secondary classroom teaching experience (grades 7-12).
• At least 3 years of experience in leading professional development and/or coaching in educational settings.
• Cultural competence and lived experiences within marginalized communities are highly valued.
