Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
. Accurately enter data into database systems.
. Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
. Resolve data discrepancies.
Scanning and Imaging:
. Scan paper documents into digital format.
. Ensure scanned documents are legible and accurate.
. Index scanned documents.
Filing and Organization:
. Maintain organized digital and physical files.
. Ensure files are accurately labeled and categorized.
. Purge files according to retention policies.
Customer Service:
. Respond to internal and external requests for records.
. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Quality Control:
1. Review records for accuracy and completeness.
2. Identify and report errors or discrepancies.
Requirements:
. High school diploma or equivalent.
. 0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or related field.
. Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing 40 wpm).
. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or related field.
. Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, CRR).
. Experience with database management software.
. Familiarity with HIPAA or other regulatory requirements.
Technical Skills:
. Database management software (e.g., SharePoint, FileHold).
. Document scanning software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
. Electronic record-keeping systems.
Work Environment:
. Remote work from home.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 – $46.00/hour.
