Location: US Remote
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE: $150K+; 2nd yr: $200K+) + Profit Sharing

[Remote] Sales Director Reputation Management Responsibilities
Develop & execute a business development strategy to expand reputation management services
Serve as a subject matter expert, educating clients on best practices in reputation management
Identify and engage prospective clients across diverse industries to drive business growth
Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights and recommendations
Set and achieve revenue targets, while continuously identifying new growth opportunities
Track and analyze business development metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
[Remote] Sales Director Reputation Management Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
Proven experience in customer experience SaaS sales, specializing in reputation management solutions required
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to innovate and achieve results required
Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts
Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic) required
