Job Overview
We are seeking a remote scheduler / customer services candidate who lives in Newark, Notts or surrounding areas for a busy plumbing and heating business based in Newark, Notts. The candidate will be required to book the engineers in for their visits, interaction with customers is key whether by phone or email. You will also be required to prioritise customer visits to ensure the vulnerable / elderly and emergency appointments are dealt with promptly. Full training will be provided. Working hours are flexible.
Duties
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
– Analyse customer needs and book engineer visits in accordingly
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers
– Create invoices / quotes and update all customer notes accordingly
– Ordering parts for return visits when required
– Other office duties as required
– To work full time if… and when needed to cover other staff holidays and sickness
Requirements
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Proficient in data entry and able to work with various software applications
– Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Knowledge of Sales Ledger / Word / Excel desirable but not essential as training will be provided
– Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £900.00-£1,000.00 per month
Education:
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Driving Licence (preferred)
