Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-caliber instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities in a virtual environment.
• Manage a K-12 caseload, ensuring that each student’s unique needs are addressed through customized educational strategies.
• Utilize online platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams to facilitate effective communication and instruction.
• Perform case management duties and provide direct instruction as required.
Required Skills
• Master’s Degree in Special Education.
• Valid K-12 SPED certification in Nebraska.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an educational setting.
• Previous experience in a remote teaching context is advantageous.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms (Zoom/Teams).
• Strong capacity to operate independently, showcasing exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Compensation And Benefits
• This position operates as a 1099 contractor.
• Full-time commitment of 35-40 hours per week.
