Position Overview:
• Job Title: Virtual Special Education Teacher
• Employment Type: Full-time or part-time options
• Location: Remote, serving students in Illinois
• Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), provide instruction, and support students with special needs using our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform
• Contract Term: This is a contractual role with the potential for renewal
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education required; Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Special Education or a related field preferred
• Certification: Must possess a valid teaching license for special needs students in Illinois
• Technical Skills: Ability to successfully pass a basic tech screening
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with special needs students preferred
