? **Compensation**: Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $55, depending on experience and district guidelines.
### Responsibilities
? Conduct assessments and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
? Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual needs.
? Facilitate engaging online therapy sessions aimed at enhancing students’ speech and language abilities.
? Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student success.
? Keep thorough records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
### Qualifications
? Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
? Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Kansas.
? Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Proficiency in evidence-based speech and language therapy practices.
? A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering virtual therapy sessions.
