What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide expert legal advice and support to UHNWI clients on complex trust and estate matters
– Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to trust and estate law, including wills and estate plans
– Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases
– Collaborate with other attorneys and partners to develop strategies for cases
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate law
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
– Licensed to practice law in the state
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on trust and estate law
– Proven experience working with UHNWI clients
– Strong negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience with legal research tools and software
– Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-motivation
