Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat
– Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

– Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
– 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in computer skills and web chat platforms
– Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively
– Experience working remotely is a plus
