Responsibilities:
• – Accurately enter and maintain data into our database
– Verify data by comparing it to source documents
– Prepare and sort documents for data entry
– Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
– Review and correct data entered into the database
– Perform periodic backups to ensure data preservation
– Keep all sensitive information confidential and secure at all times
Requirements:
• – High school diploma
– Proven experience in data entry or related role
– Proficient typing skills with minimum 45 words per minute
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
