Job Description:
As an IT Service Desk Staff member, you will provide remote support to a large retail client. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to general IT
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide remote IT support to clients
– Assist with basic IT inquiries and support requests
– Document and track support requests in a ticketing system
– Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction
Qualifications:
– Must be 18 years or older. Background checks are performed.
– Basic IT fundamental experience with minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or higher level education (associates or bachelors degree)
– Minimum internet connection of 20MB
– Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
