Qualifications:
• If you have worked in retail for less than three years, you are still considered a beginner or an entry-level employee in this industry. However, your experience, no matter how short, can still be valuable in building your skills and knowledge in serving customers and managing retail operations
• Providing world-class customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when interacting with patrons
• Passion and excitement gained from customer service and athletic products motivate individuals to achieve outstanding results
• Commences working on assignments or responsibilities without the need for constant guidance
• The job entails a flexible schedule that encompasses availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
