What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Collaborate with Franchisees and departments to manage client accounts and optimize payment cycles
– Assist Franchise Owners with updating billing schedules and processing invoices
– Manage ticketing system to resolve customer and franchise issues efficiently
– Conduct monthly revenue analysis to ensure accurate reporting and address discrepancies
– Handle high volume of collection activities to maximize cash receipts and reduce outstanding balances
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced office environment
– Basic knowledge of accounting principles
– Ability to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
– Strong communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience with billing and accounts receivable
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
– Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage Intacct
