Duties:

A Customer Experience Manager (CXM) is responsible for selling software products and solutions to businesses and individuals. The primary focus of the job is to generate revenue by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and presenting solutions that meet those needs. Some of the key responsibilities of a Customer Experience Manager include:

I. Identifying potential customers: The sales representative CXM is responsible for identifying potential customers and developing a list of potential leads. This can involve conducting research, attending trade shows, and networking with industry professionals.

II. Understanding customer needs: Once potential customers have been identified, the CXM must understand their needs and requirements. This involves listening to the customer, asking questions, and gathering information to develop a thorough understanding of their business and how software solutions can help them.

III. Presenting solutions: The CXM must present software solutions that meet the customer’s needs. This involves preparing presentations and demos, highlighting the benefits of the software, and addressing any concerns or objections the customer may have.

IV. Negotiating and closing deals: The sales representative must negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers and close deals to generate revenue for the company.

V. Building and maintaining relationships: It is essential for a software sales representative to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. This involves following up with customers after a sale, providing ongoing support and assistance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

VI. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: The sales representative must stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in order to provide the most relevant solutions to customers and remain competitive in the marketplace.

– Ability to effectively communicate with customers, negotiate solutions, and build positive relationships

-Technologically savvy (familiar with CRMs and Marketing Automations) with a passion for constant disruption

-Will be a brand ambassador for Roofle, and brings our brand message to life both through social media and community advocacy

-Ability to hold yourself accountable working remotely

-Desire to work in a fast pace, evolving environment

– Previous sales experience is not necessary as we have a full scale training schedule

Compensation:

We offer a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential!

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
