About you
You are well spoken, inquisitive, enjoy selling over the phone, and are driven to make money. People consider you a leader and you are adept at learning and applying new skills. You enjoy the challenge of figuring things out and seek out feedback in order to continue your personal growth. You are accustomed to tracking your sales behavior and metrics as a source of… effectiveness and improvement. You have the ability to listen, understand what is being communicated, and then propose a solution to the prospect’s challenges or needs.
You must have experience selling (preferably SAAS) by phone. Submissions without this experience will not be considered. Our territory managers make 75 outbound calls per day. You must be able to demonstrate a proactive and engaged approach to learning and self-improvement. We value a tenacious spirit. Our hiring process is thorough and will require you to showcase your abilities, but will move quickly for a qualified candidate. Priority will be given to candidates who have been successful working from home, but a willingness and ability to work from home is all that is required. You can work from anywhere in the United States.

About the Role
This is a sales role and is 100% focused on new customer acquisition for a technology company in the automotive industry. Our software solution enables dealers to maximize their customers experience by purchasing accessories to customize their new vehicle. These additional accessory sales also dramatically impact the dealers profitability. You will be joining a team that is results-focused and you will be challenged to grow your skills as well as given best-in-class training opportunities.
Currently, approximately 25% of our teams monthly sales come from inbound demo requests, 25% from your outreach to prospects who have interacted with our company through emails, trade shows, or internet content or downloads, and 50% from outbound dialing to our database of automotive dealerships which are being educated and nurtured through our marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time
Base plus commission. Base salary is $40,000, There are no caps to commission and sales cycle is under a month. Start making sales quickly. First year expected total income is $60,000 and second year should be $70,000. Top performers should be around $80,000, maybe a little more this year.
