What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Develop effective sales enablement practices for Retail colleagues and partners, including Wealth, PCRM, and Deposits
– Create and provide resources to branch colleagues to enhance customer engagement
– Support critical Retail initiatives such as Portfolio Mindset and Customer First
– Monitor the adoption and continuous improvement of sales practices to meet business needs
– Ensure colleagues are informed of process changes and marketing promotions

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail banking, specifically in strategy or development roles
– Proven experience managing and executing initiatives
– Strong acumen in Wealth and Deposits
– Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others
– Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
