Campos Family Services is looking to groom the next generation of Sales Closers and Managers in our sales force. We have an effective method when recruiting experienced reps to groom them into $200k+ Salary positions. This is called The Fast-Track Method.
• The Fast-Track is a path of progression built on standards that allows reps to determine what they are paid and also their advancement in the company. (If a rep can do this, they get that)
• The Goal is to groom 4-5 coachable reps into leaders and managers in the company.

The Sales industry is lacking leaders and we know how to make one out of the right individual. You think you’re that individual? LetÂ’s make it happen!
• Hitting the standard over the first 60 days will give a rep on average $10k in commissions. Top Performers will earn an average of $20k within the first 60 days.

Our Company provides Backyard and Front yard renovation services including but not limited to artificial turf, pergolas, fireplaces, concrete work, pools and more! Reps will guide the customer on a design for their renovations and using sales skills ensure the customer trusts us to be the company that turns their yard into their personal oasis.

We are looking for those experienced in Sales and wanting an opportunity to achieve high levels with a company. We will provide housing and immersion training methods to ensure success. We are looking for hungry people to use all of our resources! The opportunity is a door to door lead generation type. We have a setter to closer model that has proved to be super efficient.

Setter- Generates Quality appointments through D2D in an area (while learning how to close) Avg Commission per Deal: $500-$1,000

Closer- Attends appointments and closes the job while dealing with backend operations. (While recruiting and training to manage). Avg Commission per Deal: $2k-$7k

About This Role

Our Sales Representatives ‘live the brand’ by understanding the customers specific needs, presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company’s offerings and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience.

Overall Responsibilities
• Prospect and acquire new customers that can benefit from our solution.
• Conduct Landscape Designs and Sales Presentations at prospects’ house efficiently to acquire new business.
• Uncover customers needs.
• Gather required documentation from customer.
• Coordinate Senior Advisor to consult designs and energy savings report.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company’s pre-sale division for matters related to eligability, design, and consultation.
• Stay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Attend networking events.
• Effective Time Management for allowing time for growth and learning

Qualifications
• Excellent intrapersonal skills
• 1+ year Sales Experience
• Verbal + Written
• Time management, ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Strong organization, able plan and execute
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Resourceful – ability to work independently, proactive
• Works with a sense of urgency and can multi-task
• Able to effectively collaborate and communicate with team

Pay: $150,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
