Adver Technologies’ digital growth division, headquartered in Gdansk’s old town, is seeking to employ a part-time Google/Meta Ads Expert with a knack for sales/closing calls for our US-based clients.
Main Role: Close/Make sales by advising clients on a discovery call (via live audits + shared screen, advice, etc…
Opportunity’s rate: $30 per hour (2h-20h per week, possibility of eventually 40h)

-You currently reside in the United States.
-You have at least 2 years of experience with Sales/Closing
-You have at least 2 years of experience with Google/Meta Ads management
-You understand how to optimize campaigns to lower CPA’s
-You understand top, middle & bottom of funnel marketing/buyer’s journeys, ICP’s & demographics.
-You’re ready to use creativity and/or AI to write compelling ad copies to optimize campaigns
-You have a good understanding of analytics/Google Analytics 4/Google Tag Manager
-You’re very punctual/always on time
-You’re not camera shy to jump on calls with clients

Key Roles:
-Onboard clients when assigned
-Properly take care of the sales/closing process
-During work hours, being very quick to reply to the internal team via slack/email & clients
-Create a simple closing/sales report to relevant stakeholders
-Proactively reach out to clients to follow up/receive commission
-Swiftly communicate with account stakeholders (internal & external)
-Be available for video calls
-Spend between 30mins-1h per booked call
-Be on time for the meetings
